Olena Honcharuk

Olena Honcharuk is a seasoned financial professional with extensive experience in financial analysis and management. Currently serving as a Senior Analyst at EPAM Systems since May 2021, Olena previously held the position of Financial Analyst at Luxoft from February 2016 to May 2021, where responsibilities included budget forecasting, variance analysis, and financial project support. Prior to that, Olena worked as an Accountant at Miritec from October 2014 to February 2016, focusing on management accounting and financial planning. Olena earned a Master’s Degree in Financial Management in Business and a Bachelor’s Degree in Finance and Credit from Kyiv National Economic University.
