Randal Stone has extensive experience in utility inspection and environmental oversight, currently serving as a Utility Inspector at Epcon since May 2021. Previously, Randal worked as an Inspector at Quality Integrated Services, Inc. (QIS) from September 2017 to May 2021, focusing on utility and environmental inspections. Earlier roles include Coating Inspector at Natural Energy Field Services, LLC, and Utility Inspector at Epcon Partners, Inc., where responsibilities included pipeline project inspections and compliance management. Randal also held the position of Lead Utility Inspector/Site Management at Double M Inc., overseeing a significant crude oil delivery project, and served as Survey Party Chief at Bush, Roed & Hitchings, Inc., managing land surveying projects. Randal's career began with CTS Engineers as a Land Survey Technician, contributing to various surveying and engineering tasks.
