David Zawierucha, MBA, P.Eng, has extensive experience in the water and wastewater sectors, currently serving as Manager of Commercial Services at EPCOR since 2019. In this role, David leads mergers and acquisitions as well as the development of public-private partnerships (P3) projects, overseeing financial evaluations and strategic alignment for investment opportunities. David's previous position as Manager of Regional Operations at EPCOR included managing long-term utility agreements and conducting financial analysis to enhance operating margins. Prior to EPCOR, David worked at Mott MacDonald as a Consultant in Infrastructure Development and Economics, providing advisory services focused on capital projects and project finance. David holds an MBA in Finance and Strategy from Ivey Business School and a BASc in Civil Engineering from The University of British Columbia.
