Domenico Centrella

Domenico Centrella has extensive experience in finance and taxation, currently serving as Senior Manager for US Commercial Services Finance and Taxation at EPCOR since October 2018. Prior roles include Senior Manager and Manager of Taxation at Capital Power Corporation from July 2009 to October 2018, where management of Canadian and US income tax, indirect and property tax, and cross-border transactions took place, as well as involvement in business development and financing projects. Domenico also worked at EPCOR as Manager of Taxation from December 2006 to July 2009, overseeing Canadian and US tax compliance and provisions. Earlier professional experience at PwC involved managing audits for various public and private entities, assessing internal control procedures, and providing improvement recommendations. Domenico holds a CPA, CA designation from CPA Canada and a degree in Business, Accounting, and Finance from the University of Alberta.
