Yulia Krasichkova-Lepreux has a diverse work experience in facilities management and administration. From September 2010 to March 2019, they worked at Philips as a Facility Manager, where they managed various aspects of facilities including leasing contracts, space optimization, safety procedures, and car fleet management. Yulia successfully achieved objectives such as space reduction, cost optimization, and outsourcing of car fleet management. Prior to that, they served as an Administrative and HR manager at various advertising agencies from September 2004 to May 2010. In November 2019, Yulia joined Orrick, Herrington & Sutcliffe LLP as a Facilities Manager until March 2023. Currently, they are the Head of Facilities Management at EPEX SPOT since March 2023.
Yulia Krasichkova-Lepreux's education history begins in 2003 when they enrolled at Université Paris 8. Yulia completed a Licence degree in Langues étrangères appliquées (Anglais - Russe) in 2004. Then, in 2006, Yulia pursued further education at Conservatoire National des Arts et Métiers, where they obtained a Master 1 in Responsable Ressources Humaines by 2008.
