David Kahrs

David Kahrs currently serves as a Senior Biologist at SWCA Environmental Consultants since August 2023. Previously, Kahrs has held the position of Manager of Biological Resources at Environmental Planning Group, LLC since September 2009. An accomplished educator, Kahrs was an Adjunct Professor at Northeastern State University from August 2008 to July 2009, teaching various courses including Herpetology, Ichthyology, and Ecology. Kahrs began a career in academia as a Research and Teaching Assistant at The University of Arizona from August 2004 to May 2008, assisting in introductory biology and specialized courses. Kahrs holds a Master of Science in Wildlife Conservation and Management from the University of Arizona, a Bachelor of Science in Organismic Biology from Northeastern State University, and an Associate of Science in Natural Sciences from San Joaquin Delta College.
