Ashlie Gray has a diverse work experience spanning over several years. Ashlie started their career at CS STARS (formerly Corporate Systems) in 1997 as an Account Manager and worked there until 2000. Following that, they joined SS&C Technologies as a Regional Sales Manager from 2000 to 2001. In 2001, they became GA - Campaign Director at The Leukemia & Lymphoma Society until 2003. Subsequently, they worked at SERVPRO of North Fulton as the Owner from 2003 to 2013, and then as the VP Sales & Business Development from 2013 to 2014. From 2012 to 2017, they served as the Past President & Previous Member of the Board of Directors at the Community Associations Institute, Georgia Chapter. Finally, they joined EPIC in 2014 as part of the Business Development team.

Ashlie Gray attended The University of Georgia from 1993 to 1997, where they obtained a Bachelor of Business Administration degree from the Terry College of Business. Their field of study was Risk Management & Insurance. Additionally, in March 2023, they obtained the Community Associations Institute Business Partner Essentials Distinction from the Community Associations Institute.
