The EPIC Restart Foundation is a UK charity providing practical support to empower those recovering from a gambling disorder to positively restart their lives. 
Gambling addiction devastates lives, and many people struggle to establish or sustain a positive recovery. Poor mental health, depression and anxiety as well as isolation, stigma and lack of confidence all increase the risk of relapse.

We believe it is essential to break the cycle of gambling harm and repeated relapse. Our pioneering approach brings together treatment providers, experts in coaching and recovery, and those with lived experience of gambling harm to offer transformational, person-centred support. 

We offer life changing events, personal development workshops and intensive lived experience mentoring and coaching that inspires and empowers individuals to take action to rebuild their own lives – with the confidence to take personal responsibility for their onward journey of recovery.
