Jill Richards

Jill Richards is an experienced project manager and development project manager with expertise in facilitating collaboration among cross-functional teams. Currently at Epic, Jill prioritizes visibility and accountability within project management processes while being a key member of a troubleshooting team for software related to anesthetic medications. Previously at Water Opps, Jill provided organizational and financial guidance, supervised budgets, and analyzed laboratory results for regulatory compliance. Jill also served as a project coordinator at Luther College, where a significant environmental study was designed and executed, alongside developing a streamlined data entry system. Jill holds a Bachelor of Arts in Biology from Luther College.
