Kate McKay

Kate McKay possesses extensive experience in training and recruitment within the healthcare and educational sectors. Currently serving as a Physician Trainer and Training Project Manager at Epic since April 2022, Kate facilitates training for over 3,500 healthcare providers, manages training projects, and develops curriculum materials. Previous roles include Non-Resident Admissions Counselor at the University of Wisconsin-Whitewater, where Kate directed recruitment efforts and coordinated events for prospective students, and various internships focused on student engagement and program development. Kate holds a Master of Arts in Higher Education Administration from Louisiana State University and a Bachelor of Science in Psychology from the University of Wisconsin-Whitewater.
