Linda Boström is currently the Head of People Operations Sweden at Epical, where she oversees employment life-cycle processes and HR systems for the Nordic organization. Prior to this, she held the role of Core People Advisory Lead at Enfo, where she had budget and personnel responsibilities for the team in Sweden and Finland. With a background in HR management and specialization in areas such as compensation & benefits, Linda has a wealth of experience in supporting organizations through strategic HR initiatives and development projects. She has also worked in various HR roles at companies such as Grontmij AB Sverige, Banverket, and Veolia Transport, demonstrating her expertise in personnel management and strategic project leadership. Linda holds a Bachelor's degree in HR from Örebro University.
