David Rydén

David Rydén has a diverse work experience in the field of data science and analytics. David currently serves as an Analytics Lead at Epidemic Sound. Prior to this, they co-founded and served as a board member at Småspararguiden. David has also held positions as a Lead Data Science Consultant at Solita Sweden, where they managed a team of 10 consultants and worked as the Head of Data and Analytics at Sweden's largest newspaper. Additionally, they have worked as a Head of Data & Analytics Consultant at Aftonbladet, Lead Analyst Consultant at PELTARION, Quantitative Credit Risk Analyst Consultant at SEB Kort, Insights Analyst Consultant at Telia, Product Analyst Consultant at Landshypotek Bank, and Data Analyst Consultant at Bisnode. David began their career as a Statistician at Statistics Sweden.

David Rydén pursued their education with a focus on economics and statistics. David completed their Bachelor of Science (BSc) in Economics and Statistics from Stockholm University, where they studied from 2009 to 2012. Later, they pursued a Master of Science (MSc) in Economics at Stockholm School of Economics, which they successfully obtained from 2014 to 2016. Additionally, they expanded their skillset by acquiring certifications such as "Certified Data Scientist" from DF Kompetens in 2020 and "dbt Fundamentals" from dbt Labs in December 2021. During their educational journey, they also briefly attended the Indian Institute of Management Bangalore in 2015 to explore the field of business intelligence and marketing research.
