Marlon Hütten has diverse work experience starting in 2008 with an internship at the German Sport University Cologne. Marlon then worked as a Lead Generation Manager at car2go Group GmbH in 2013. In 2014, they joined Daimler AG as an Expert and later became a Team Leader at the smart Roadshow. In 2015, Marlon co-founded and worked as CEO of paigh until 2019. Marlon then joined OBI Group Holding as a working student, supporting the e-commerce team and senior product owner at OBI next. In 2019, Marlon transitioned to become the Country Manager Germany at epilot. Marlon later became the Head of Sales at epilot from 2020 to 2022. Currently, Marlon is serving as the Chief Sales Officer (CSO) at epilot, an xRM company that manages relationships beyond customer relationships.
Marlon Hütten completed their Bachelor of Science degree in Economics at the University of Cologne from 2012 to 2017. Marlon then pursued further education and obtained a Master's degree in Economics and Business Administration, specializing in Finance, from the Universitat Autònoma de Barcelona from 2018 to 2019.
