Kris Steinberg serves as a core member of the Global and European Leadership Teams at Genpact, focusing on the governance and growth of the Life Sciences and Healthcare practice since October 2022. In their role as Head of Life Sciences & Healthcare for the DACH region, Kris leads transformational digitalization and process initiatives across various sectors. Previously, Kris held leadership positions at Sopra Steria, niiio finance group, goetzpartners, LEADVISE, and Ernst & Young, where responsibilities included strategy consulting, market leadership, and innovative business transformations. Kris's educational background includes a Master of Laws in Mergers & Acquisitions from Frankfurt School of Finance & Management and a Master of Science in Industrial Engineering from Technische Hochschule Mittelhessen, among other advanced degrees.
