Clémence Yumie Hurni is a Research Scientist specializing in Spatial Transcriptomics at the Wyss Center for Bio and Neuroengineering since March 2022. Prior roles include Application Development Scientist at Lunaphore and Doctoral Assistant in Bioengineering and Biotechnology at EPFL, where Clémence contributed to modeling RNA distribution through next-generation sequencing and single-molecule RNA FISH, and developed image analysis pipelines.
