Kenzo Tsushima

Kenzo Tsushima is an accomplished legal operations and AI strategy expert, currently serving as Managing Director at Epiq since June 2025, where focus is placed on enhancing compliance workflows and promoting AI-enabled tools for legal processes. Prior to Epiq, Kenzo held multiple roles at Morae from March 2022 to June 2025, including Managing Director of the Mind Factory team, which specialized in legal technology solutions, and Managing Director of Legal Managed Solutions, achieving significant client ROI. Kenzo’s earlier experience includes serving as Managing Partner and General Counsel at TLS, a boutique management consultancy in Atlanta, where engagement with Fortune 500 clients in various sectors included technology optimization and enterprise SaaS agreement negotiations. Kenzo Tsushima holds a Juris Doctor from Emory University School of Law and a Bachelor of Arts in Philosophy from Columbia University.
