Joseph Lam

Joseph Lam is an experienced executive in the mortgage and real estate industries, currently serving as Managing Partner at Loan Direct, LLC since July 2017, focusing on disrupting the industry with innovative technology. Lam is also a Founding Board Member at Epique Realty and holds the position of Chief Executive Officer at Azura Holdings since June 2017. Previous roles include Chief Operating Officer and Co-Founder at Excelerate Capital, Area Manager at Banc of California, and President at First Standard Capital, Inc., overseeing daily operations and implementing investment guidelines. Lam began their career as Vice President at Security Funding Group, Inc. and served as President/CEO of Western National Funding, Inc., managing significant production in both mortgage banking and real estate investment. Lam holds a Bachelor's degree in Physics and Computer Science from Utah State University.
