Fredrik Niklasson

Fredrik Niklasson has extensive experience in human resources and payroll management, currently serving as the Manager of Payroll, HR Admin, Compensation & Benefits, and Labor Law for the Nordics at Epiroc since December 2017. Previously, Fredrik held the position of Manager Regional Center of Excellence HR Nordics, overseeing recruitment, payroll, learning and development, employer branding, and HR specialist services for approximately 3,500 employees across seven legal entities. Earlier roles include Manager of Salary Service Sweden at Atlas Copco and Manager CSS Salary Service at Dedicare, along with various positions in staffing and sales at Askersunds Kommun, Adecco Group, Eniro, and Lantmännen. Fredrik holds a Master of Science in Business and Economics from Örebro University and a Bachelor's degree in International Marketing/Management from Amsterdam University of Applied Sciences.
