Currently serving as the Group Quality Systems & Certification Manager at Optima SA, Alexandros has developed and implemented various food safety systems, including FSMA, BRC, IFS, and ISO 22000. Previous roles include Business Consultant & Account Manager and Food Safety Consultant at PRIORITY Quality Consultants, where more than 90 projects were managed, along with developing food safety and quality management programs. Alexandros has also held quality assurance positions in notable establishments such as GR. KONSTANDINIDIS Pastry Shops S.A. and TGI Fridays Greece. Academic credentials include an EMBA from Athens University of Economics and Business, a Master's degree in Total Quality Management from Hellenic Open University, and an Integrated Master's degree in Food Science and Technology from Agricultural University of Athens.
