Andy Lowery

Andy Lowery is a seasoned executive in the technology and defense sectors, currently serving as the Chief Executive Officer and Board Director at Epirus since October 2021. With a focus on solid-state directed energy systems, Lowery drives innovation to enhance power efficiency in defense and commercial electronics. Prior to Epirus, Lowery held key roles including Chief Operating Officer and General Manager at Apogee Semiconductor, and also co-founded and served as Chief Executive Officer of RealWear, Inc. Lowery's extensive experience includes positions at DAQRI and Raytheon, where contributions to electronic warfare systems and augmented reality technology were significant. A retired Lieutenant Commander from the US Navy, Lowery holds a Bachelor's Degree in Electrical Engineering from the University of Illinois Urbana-Champaign and various certifications in engineering and leadership.
