Michael Pritchard

Michael Pritchard is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in military operations and training, currently serving as the Senior Manager of Field Sustainment and Operations and Training & Curriculum Developer at Epirus since February 2023. Prior to this role, Michael spent over 26 years with the United States Marine Corps, where duties included Operations Chief for the 2d Low Altitude Air Defense Battalion, managing over 400 personnel, and overseeing training and operational standards. Other notable positions include Training Chief and Weapons Tactics and Training Program Chief, advising leadership on Training and Readiness standards, and serving as the Chief Instructor for formal school management and curriculum development. Michael holds a Bachelor of Arts in Management from American Military University, earned in April 2023.
