Beth K. Siler

Beth K. Siler, CPA, serves as the Controller at Episcopal Retirement Services since March 2023. Previously, Siler held various leadership roles at the Taft Museum of Art from 2014 to 2022, including Chief Financial Officer and Director of IT and Guest Services, where significant improvements in IT security and museum infrastructure were achieved. A QuickBooks Certified Pro Advisor Consultant from 2009 to 2021, Siler provided financial reporting and advice to executive leadership. Additional experience includes positions such as Accounting Manager and Interim Controller at Greater Cincinnati Energy Alliance, Tax Analyst for Procter & Gamble and Teradata, Financial Advisor at UBS Financial Services, and various roles in corporate accounting and financial reporting. Siler holds a BFA in Photography from the Art Academy of Cincinnati and has attended several universities, including the University of Cincinnati and Xavier University.
