Episcopal Retirement Services

Episcopal Retirement Services (ERS), a eight-time recipient of the “Top Workplace Award” from Enquirer Media, has a longstanding track record of service excellence and financial stability. Founded in 1951, ERS's mission is to enrich the lives of older adults in a person-centered, innovative and spiritually based way. ERS is best known for our three premier retirement communities, Marjorie P. Lee Retirement Community and Deupree House in Cincinnati, Ohio and Episcopal Church Home in Louisville, Kentucky. In addition to its premier communities, ERS owns, operates and manages affordable living communities in Ohio, Indiana and Kentucky. In-home and community services include Deupree Meals On Wheels, Living Well Senior Solutions and Parish Health Ministry. Our staff and resident satisfaction scores are consistently high and our staff turnover is among the lowest in the industry. ERS is a not-for-profit faith-based organization and provides a challenging and enriching environment for staff while we compete in a very challenging senior services market. ERS is always looking for top professionals who are caring and compassionate by nature and exhibit a “can-do” and creative attitude towards problem solving and service.
