Deepak Goyal has a range of work experience in various finance roles. Deepak started their career at PepsiCo India Foods as a Management Trainee before moving on to roles such as Asst Manager - Commercial Finance and Manager - Financial Planning. Deepak then joined GE Commercial Finance as Sr. Manager - Financial Planning & Analysis and later Assistant Finance Controller. Deepak returned to PepsiCo India as General Manager - Business Planning and then Deputy Controller - Beverages. Deepak went on to become Director - Commercial & Category Finance, where they led the Commercial & Category Finance team and worked closely with the CEO and marketing heads. Deepak also served as Associate Director - Financial Planning. Deepak then joined OYO, where they held the positions of VP & Finance Head - Franchise Business and SVP and CFO - OYO Vacation Homes, overseeing financial planning, performance management, and legal compliance. Currently, Deepak is the Global CFO at EPL Limited, responsible for driving profitable growth and creating shareholder value.
Deepak Goyal obtained a Bachelor of Commerce degree in Accounting and Business/Management from the University of Rajasthan in 1999. Deepak then pursued a Chartered Accountant certification from The Institute of Chartered Accountants of India from 1997 to 2000.
