MILIND then pursued an Executive MBA in Operations Management & Packaging Management from the Institute of Business Management Studies, Mumbai in 2011-2012. MILIND also completed an Executive MBA in Human Resources Management from Karnataka University in 2014, focusing on improving personal performance through understanding the six human needs.
