Pilar Racela is an accomplished professional in network operations, currently serving as the Head of the Network Operations Center at VITRO, Inc. since January 2024. With extensive experience at ePLDT, Inc. since February 2007, Pilar has held various leadership roles including NOC Head, NOC Lead, Site Lead/Senior Network Specialist 1, and Network Engineer. Prior to this, Pilar worked as a Helpdesk Engineer at iPlus Intelligent Network, Inc. from July 2006 to February 2007. Pilar Racela earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Computer Engineering from Mapúa University, graduating in 2006.
