Aaron Linn

Aaron Linn is a seasoned investment professional with extensive experience at EPR Properties since May 2014, where roles have included Vice President of Investments, Vice President of Underwriting & Analysis, and Director of Investments, focusing on sourcing and closing leisure real estate investments. Previously, Aaron served as an Investment Underwriter for a publicly traded specialty REIT, providing analytical support for investment opportunities. Prior experience includes positions as Senior Associate and Associate in Deloitte's Transaction and Business Analytics practice, where valuations of businesses and assets were conducted. Aaron holds a B.S. in Finance/Economics from Gardner-Webb University.
