Andrè Lupi

Andrè Lupi serves as the Senior Research & Development Director at Epredia, overseeing a global R&D division focused on precision devices and consumables for laboratory workflows. Previously, Andrè held the position of Vice President R&D for Endoscopic Peripherals at Olympus Corporation, leading product and technology roadmap development. Prior roles at Olympus Medical UKIE included Head of R&D and Medical R&D Group Leader, where Andrè managed teams tasked with developing medical devices under strict quality and cost requirements. Earlier experience includes positions at Baxter Healthcare as a Senior Mechanical R&D Engineer and at STMicroelectronics as a Process Engineer.
