Epsilon Direct Lending is a founder-led, Australian investment boutique established in 2019. Our focus is solely on lending to support the growth of performing middle market companies. We directly originate, structure and manage private market loans. We provide institutional and wholesale investors with access to these hard-to-replicate, privately negotiated financings. 

Epsilon was established for two primary reasons:
1.	To capitalise on the demand/supply imbalance resulting from traditional bank lenders being challenged in providing bespoke financing solutions to growing middle market companies; and 
2.	To address the desire of our long-standing borrower customers to achieve certainty and efficiency of financing.
