Lauren Malaguti

Lauren Malaguti currently serves as Vice President of Retail Media Sales at Epsilon, where the focus is on integrating AI with person-first identity in retail media. Prior to this role, Lauren held the position of Vice President of Media Sales at CitrusAd, specializing in connecting brands with retailers in the US. Previous experience includes leading retail media efforts for buybuyBaby at Triad, managing strategic partnerships for Walmart and Sam's Club at Triad, and holding various sales and marketing roles across organizations such as Anvil Group, The Clear Agency, and Zehnder Communications. Lauren started a career in retail management with Nordstrom and bartending, achieving early recognition as a top performer.
