Amanda Musick Armstrong

Amanda Musick Armstrong serves as the Vice President of Global Renewals at Eptura since August 2023. Prior to this role, Amanda spent over eleven years at Accruent where key positions included Head of Customer Experience and Director of Customer Success, specifically focusing on B2B SaaS technology and renewal strategies that generated $125MM in contract renewals annually. Amanda also held various roles in project management, leading teams at SDL and IPeople, and was responsible for overseeing large-scale projects with significant P&L accountability and developing project management methodologies.
