Amanda Nastoupil

Amanda Nastoupil currently serves as Senior Director of HR Americas at Eptura, having transitioned from HR Director for the Americas. Prior experience includes leadership roles at Intelex Technologies ULC as Head of HR Business Partners and various positions at Accruent, where notable achievements included hosting a successful Leadership Summit and implementing a companywide Diversity and Inclusion Training Program. With a strong background in talent acquisition, culture development, and employee engagement, Amanda has demonstrated expertise in overseeing numerous HR initiatives and strategies across global organizations. Prior to these positions, Amanda held multiple roles at KeyStaff, including Director of Operations, and early experience as a Litigation Assistant at Perdue Brandon Fielder Collins & Mott, LLP. Amanda is a graduate of St. Mary's University, holding a Bachelor of Arts in Criminal Justice, and completed the Emerge 14 program through Leadership Austin in 2021.
