Fabrice Martin

Fabrice Martin is an experienced executive in product management and strategy, currently serving as Chief Product Officer at Medallia and Operating Advisor at Eptura since November 2023. Previously, Fabrice held the position of Chief Product Officer for Customer Experience at Qualtrics and led product initiatives at Clarabridge, where responsibilities included product vision and marketing strategy for the Customer Experience suite. Additional roles include significant leadership positions at MicroStrategy, MSIGHTS Incorporated, Witness Systems, and BISG, overseeing product development and management across various applications. Fabrice holds an International Executive MBA from Georgetown University and a degree in Computer Engineering from Tecnológico de Monterrey.
