Raj Batra

Raj Batra is the CEO of Eptura leading the next wave of workplace digitization and automation. He previously led transformation across Siemens for 30 years as a transformational leader within the fiercely competitive manufacturing industry and secured important wins that laid a strong foundation for Digital Industries today, with deep experience in automation and digital transformation. At Siemens, he held senior leadership roles, including as CEO of Digital Industries Automation (USA), President of Industry Automation, President of Digital Factory, and a member of their U.S. Managing Board delivering record-breaking revenue and profitability. Prior to leading Eptura, Raj was the Co-Founder of a firm created to advise the world’s foremost wealth funds, management corporations in the areas of Automation, Digital Transformation, and Industry 4.0. He is also the former Chairman of the Board of the Manufacturers Alliance and former Chairman of the Board of National Electronics Manufacturers Association (NEMA). He previously managed technical sales and automation solutions for discrete manufacturing and process industries at Rockwell Automation/ Allen Bradley. Raj is a sought-after Board member and serves on public and private company boards.
