Matt Cox

Matt Cox is an experienced HR professional with a robust background in various managerial roles. Currently serving as HR Project Manager at Epwin Group Plc since February 2018, Matt previously held multiple positions at Bromford, including People Insight & Systems Manager and Organisation Development Manager from April 2013 to January 2018. In this role, emphasis was placed on colleague development through strategic analysis and feedback. Earlier experience includes serving as HR & OD Manager at Bromford Housing Group, providing HR advisory services at Liberata for Sandwell MBC, and managing HR and training at Black Country Housing Group. Matt holds a Post Graduate degree in Human Resource Management from the University of Wolverhampton, completed between 2002 and 2004.
