Kate Lester

Kate Lester has extensive work experience in the field of analytics and data analysis. Kate is currently the Head of Analytics and Business Intelligence at Epworth since August 2023. Prior to this, they worked at Pact Group Holdings Ltd as a People Analytics Manager from November 2020 to August 2023. Before that, they were a Data Analyst at Epworth from June 2019 to November 2020. Kate also has experience as a Senior GIS Data Analyst at MMG Limited from 2009 to 2020 and as a GIS Data Analyst at OZ Minerals from 2008 to 2009. Kate started their career as a GIS Analyst at Zinifex in 2007 and served as a GIS Manager at Intergraph from 2000 to 2003. Kate's early career included roles as a System Administrator and GIS Specialist at RACV from 1994 to 2000.

Kate Lester has a Bachelor's Degree in Applied Science (Hons) with a focus on Geographic Information Science and Cartography from RMIT University.
