Johannah Hancox is a seasoned Key Account Manager at epyx Ltd. since June 2022, with extensive experience in the insurance and software sectors. Prior to this, Johannah held various positions at Open GI from August 2011 to April 2022, including Product Consultant, Strategic Commercial Lines Consultant, Business Development Manager, Regional Account Manager Team Leader, and Regional Account Manager, where responsibilities ranged from providing consultancy and conducting webinars to managing broker accounts and leading a team of Account Managers. Johannah's educational background includes A Levels in History, Law, Sociology, and A/S English Literature from Colchester Sixth Form College and exemplary GCSE results from Sir Charles Lucas.
