Their earliest work experience was at Alcoa, where they worked as an Alcoa Business System (Lean) Manager, Quality Supervisor, Quality Engineer II, Quality Engineer, and Sr. Quality Technician from 1999 to 2007.
Michael Koch has a diverse education history, characterized by a range of degrees and certifications. Michael began their educational journey in 1995 at Baker College Business and Corporate Services, where they pursued an Associates degree in Drafting and Design Technology. Michael successfully completed this program in 1997.
Continuing their education, Michael enrolled in Baker College Business and Corporate Services once again, this time pursuing a Bachelor of Science degree in Industrial Technology. Michael attended this program from 1997 to 1999, during which they also obtained a Certificate in Statistical Process Control (SPC) from the same institution.
In 1999, Michael sought further education at Western Michigan University, where they pursued a Master of Science degree in Industrial Engineering. Michael completed this program in 2003.
Additionally, Michael has obtained a certification as a Planview Accelerate 2023 Champion from Planview, Inc. in September 2023.
