Daylon Lutzenberger

Daylon Lutzenberger currently serves as the Global Head of Talent at EQT Group, a position held since January 2022. Prior to this, Daylon Lutzenberger had a long tenure at Capgemini, where Daylon was the Chief Learning Officer, overseeing global learning and development, and previously held roles including Executive Vice President - Talent and HR Director at AppsOne, and Vice-President responsible for a transformation program across multiple regions. Daylon Lutzenberger's earlier experience includes a Senior Manager position at Ernst & Young hf., where responsibilities included large-scale transformations for global telecommunications companies. Daylon Lutzenberger holds an MBA in Finance from Loyola University New Orleans and a BS in Computer Science from Texas A&M University.
