Matt Merriam

Matt Merriam has extensive experience in talent and business services, currently serving as Vice President of Network & Portfolio Talent at EQT Group from November 2021 to February 2024 and previously holding the role of Associate in the same team. Prior to EQT Group, Matt worked at Skill Capital as a Senior Associate and Associate in Business Services from September 2020 to November 2021. Matt's career began at Arkesden Partners, where positions included Senior Consultant, Consultant, and Researcher focused on Arkesden Energy from September 2017 to September 2020. Matt also gained experience as a Summer Associate at AlphaSights in mid-2016. Matt holds a BA in History from the University of Exeter, which was completed from September 2014 to June 2017, and has an earlier education background from Ipswich School, attended from September 2005 to June 2013.
