Brandon M. Smith

Brandon M. Smith has a diverse work experience in the legal field. Brandon M. started their career as a Summer Associate at Flaherty Sensabaugh Bonasso PLLC in 2011. Following this, they worked as a Research Assistant at West Virginia University from June 2012 to May 2013. Brandon M. then served as a Law Clerk at Balgo & Kaminski from September 2013 to December 2013.

In 2014, Brandon began working as an Independent Landman, specializing in Real Estate and Title Examination, until April 2015. Simultaneously, they started their own law firm, Brandon M. Smith, Esq., where they worked as a Solo Practitioner from October 2014 to October 2019.

In August 2015, they joined Babst Calland as a Real Estate/Title Attorney until May 2017. Brandon M. then transitioned to EQT Corporation, where they held the role of Land Analyst from October 2017 and later became a Title Analyst in January 2020.

Brandon has developed a strong foundation in the legal profession through their various roles in law firms, as a practitioner, and in the energy and natural resources sector.

Brandon M. Smith completed their education at two different institutions. Brandon M. attended Marshall University from 2006 to 2010 where they pursued a triple major in Economics, History, and Political Science and earned their Bachelor of Arts (B.A.) degree. Later on, from 2010 to 2013, they joined West Virginia University and completed their Juris Doctor (J.D.) degree in Law.
