Louis Abel

Louis Abel has a diverse work experience spanning over several companies. Louis started their career at SALT Interactive in 1996 as a Founder/Director, where they managed a web design agency and handled client relationships with companies like The Sun, Sony, and EMI. In 2001, they founded ACEFOLIO.com, a start-up focused on developing a Digital Asset/Content Management solution. Louis then worked as an Engagement Manager at AGENCY.COM from 2003 to 2004, where they managed a large budget and oversaw projects for British Telecom. From 2004 to 2012, they worked at ThoughtWorks as a Business Development leader, managing sales and delivering technology consultancy services to industry leaders like Channel 4 and Vodafone. Currently, they are working at Equal Experts Ltd. as a Sales Director, where they oversee the associate network model and provides consultancy services to clients.

Louis Abel attended the University of Cape Town from 1986 to 1989, where they obtained a Bachelor of Architectural Studies (BAS) degree with a focus on Architecture. Louis then pursued further education at the same university from 1990 to 1993 and graduated with a Bachelor of Architecture (BArch) degree, continuing their specialization in Architecture.
