Laura Roach is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in program management and community development. Currently serving as a Senior Program Manager at Equal Justice Works since August 2019, Laura previously held various roles at NeighborWorks America from December 2014 to August 2022, where responsibilities included developing grants and managing the national NeighborWorks VISTA Program. Prior to that, Laura worked as a Program Manager and VISTA Leader at NeighborWorks Blackstone River Valley, gaining expertise in managing projects across multiple non-profit and municipal agencies. Laura holds a Bachelor's degree in Economics from the University of New Hampshire and completed a Critical Language Scholarship in Arabic at Dhofar University.
