Lucy Kilpatrick is currently working as a Project Manager at Equality and Human Rights Commission since June 2023. Prior to this role, they held positions such as Operations Manager at THE ADVOCACY PROJECT (SCOTLAND), Advocacy Worker at THE ADVOCACY PROJECT (SCOTLAND) LIMITED, and Support Worker at The Welcome Organisation. Before transitioning into the field of human rights and advocacy, Lucy gained experience as a Student Assistant at Queen's University Belfast and as a Street Fundraiser for Oxfam at Flow Caritas. Additionally, they also worked as a Customer Team Member at The Co-Operative Food.
