Brad Dirks

Brad Dirks has over 30 years of work experience, starting in 1984 as a Staff Sergeant in the United States Air Force. After leaving the military in 1988, they worked as an AVP in Actuarial and Underwriting at Regence BlueShield of Idaho from 1992 to 2003. Brad then joined Aetna Medicaid as VP of Actuarial Services from 2003 to 2014. In 2014, they worked as a Consultant at Azimuth Actuarial Consulting, LLC before joining Daraja Plan Management as an Actuary from 2014 to 2021. Currently, they are serving as the Senior VP of Financial Planning Actuary at Equality Health since February 2021.

Brad Dirks earned their Bachelor of Science (BS) degree in Applied Mathematics from the University of Idaho, completing their studies from 1988 to 1991.
