Carrie Monger

Carrie Monger is a seasoned healthcare professional with extensive experience in provider network development and strategy. Currently serving as the Senior Director of Provider Network Development at Equality Health since March 2024, Carrie previously held the position of VP of Provider Network Strategy at AllyAlign Health, where a network development organization was established for a growing Medicare Advantage Special Needs Plan. Prior roles include Strategy Director and National Network Management Director at Anthem, Inc., where Carrie focused on value-based contracting and supported national commercial accounts. Additionally, Carrie worked as Director of Provider Contracting at Humana, achieving significant growth in provider networks, and held various positions at Anthem, Inc. that involved bundled payments and ancillary provider network management. Carrie holds a BA in English and Communications from Virginia Tech.
