Rosaldind Ndikwe is currently serving as the Finance and Accounting Manager for Equality Now. With a background in finance and accounting, Rosalind has worked as an Individual Consultant for Women Economic Empowerment Hub and as a Consultant for IFES. With a Master's degree in Women leadership and governance in Africa, Rosalind also holds a Bachelor of Commerce degree in Finance and Financial Management Services. Currently pursuing a PMP certification from Strathmore Business School, Rosalind has a strong track record of managing financial operations and contributing to women's economic empowerment initiatives.
