Paul Rawson MBA has an extensive work experience in various marketing roles. Paul has served as the CMO for HIRE, part-time Marketing Director, and Marketing Consultant at EXT Marketing since 2017. In 2023, they joined QualitySolicitors as CMO and Marketing Consultant, where they managed a sales of £1m and a team of 14 marketers, providing monthly marketing services to 45 law firm clients. Paul also worked as the Portfolio Marketing Director at Equals Five since October 2023.
Before that, Paul was the Marketing Director at Metamorph, a high-street law firm group with 14 brands and £30m sales. Paul was responsible for sales and marketing from January 2020 to December 2022. Prior to Metamorph, Paul held the position of Marketing & Bids Director at Rullion for an 18-month interim contract. Paul oversaw marketing and took additional responsibility for the bid and proposals function.
Paul has also worked as a Marketing Director on a 12-month interim contract at MacGregor Black in 2017. From 2015 to 2017, they served as the Global Marketing Director at CSG The Global Talent Experts, where they built the marketing function and launched a new brand to support the company's growth targets.
Before that, Paul worked for Fircroft as the Global Head of Marketing & Bids from 2008 to 2015. Paul was responsible for developing integrated marketing campaigns and was part of the CEO's business transformation team. Paul's career began as the European Marketing Manager at BASF in 2008. In this role, they managed product management for a key product group within the AgriProducts division worth over £80 million in annual sales.
Paul Rawson MBA's education history includes a BA (Hons) degree in Urban studies & planning from The University of Sheffield, obtained from 1995 to 1998. Paul also has an MSc degree in Marketing from the University of Leicester, completed from 1999 to 2000. Paul further pursued a Professional Postgraduate Diploma in Marketing - Chartered from CIM | The Chartered Institute of Marketing, which they completed in 2001. Lastly, they earned an MBA degree in Executive MBA from Alliance Manchester Business School, attending from 2011 to 2013.
