De Wolff began their career as a headhunter for a recruitment agency in the Netherlands. Anouk later transitioned into HR management, holding various positions at companies such as Diageo and Ligo BV. In their most recent role, they served as the head of talent for SAFENED.com.
De Wolff is a highly experienced and respected professional in their field. Anouk has been recognised for their work in improving diversity and inclusion in the workplace, and has been a vocal advocate for equal opportunity in the business world.
After completing their MSc in Organizational Psychology from Vrije Universiteit Amsterdam (VU Amsterdam), Anouk De Wolff became a PAPI certified assessor from Cubiks. Anouk also embarked on a coaching career, ICM, and became certified in Atheneum from Tachkemonie.
