Prior roles include CTO at Bayware Inc., where Igor managed a cloud-migration platform and developed a patented intent-driven connectivity policy model, and CTO at Priocom, where Igor implemented significant architectural changes to improve software agility and quality. Igor also held senior positions at Ukrtelecom, transforming the company into a leading internet service provider in Eastern Europe. Igor holds a Master’s Degree in Computer Networking and Telecommunications from Odessa National Telecommunications Academy and completed a business administration course at UC Berkeley Extension.
